Paddy Power Sportsbook Free Bet Bonus

PaddyPower has very much become one of the big guns in the UK and Worldwide betting market. Their success has been built on the back of great marketing, and a strong and trusted reputation.

The brand’s popularity also very much stems from the excellent sign up bonuses new customers are given (check out our enhanced exclusive!), and regular loyalty incentives for Paddy Power punters.

Every day the Irish firm think up specials to offer punters, at the time of this review Arsenal were taking on Marseille in the Champions League, and Paddy’s were refunding all losing bets if Robin Van Persie scored the last goal. Pretty brave considering that he knocked three past Chelsea at the weekend!

Paddy Power has very much become one of the big guns in the UK and Worldwide betting market.

The site manages to both balance ease of use, whilst simultaneously being content rich and communicating the brands fun personality. The front page is headlined by the days big horse race, closely followed by the dozen leading football markets presented in a clean betting coupon. Other sports are listed in an easily navigable menu system on the left hand side

Finding the eBetting slip is easy, and its use is intuitive. Placing a bet was very straightforward and there is a handy bet calculator to work out the outlay for any particularly exotic multiples – 50p each way goliath anybody?

I rate the selection of payment options as reasonably comprehensive (though not exhaustive) and I was given a choice of debit/credit cards, eWallets such as uKash and MoneyBookers, as well as more old fashioned choices like depositing by cheque.

The customer service team are on hand to give you assistance, but to help you find your own answer they also provide a help-video section as well as a help-centre resplendent with frequently asked questions. The call centre and live chat team are open 24/7, 365. So if you fancy querying a bet on Christmas day feel free to pick up the phone!

Paddy Power is full of fun content, including blog, video streaming, audio commentary and “Pimp my Bet” feature! In particular their live-streaming video content is very good, I managed to watch my horse cruise round at Exeter in crisp detail (bloody thing unseated rider when in command two out).

The range of sports is comprehensive, and the events list is legion. For major football markets they regularly have in excess of 100 supporting markets.

In terms of value they bet to very reasonable over-round percentages, and their “1X2” football markets are amongst the tightest margins offered in the betting industry, giving superb betting value. Of course with our free matching bet to try there is even more punter benefit!

Hand in hand with Paddy Power’s outrageous PR stunts is their superb specials offering in their novelty markets section, making them the only choice if gambling on the next Pope’s name is your thing!

Like most modern sportsbooks Paddy Power is fully integrated with sister sites for poker, casino (including live-casino) and bingo. Paddy Power is a site I regularly bet with, they offer great content, top prices and Sportsbook Guardian has a superb sign up bonus for you to try them out with!

  • Enetpulse sign up Bet365, William Hill and PaddyPower

April 30, 2012 Chris Denny Enetpulse have announced signed deals to provide live tennis betting information for Bet365, PaddyPower and William Hill. Bet365 and WillHill On Board Denise Coates, Bet365 Cheif Exec, said: “The addition of the complete and official ATP and WTA live scoring tennis data via Enetpulse takes our in-play tennis service to a new level both in terms of speed and coverage.” Terry Pattinson, Director of William Hill, reported: “2011 saw William Hill offer over 10,000 tennis matches available in-running and this new agreement will allow us to double that offering by year end.” ...
  • Betting Shop Numbers Rise Slightly, powered by FOBTs

April 30, 2012 Chris Denny Apparently the economy marginally fell back into recession this quarter, the news is a bit grim, but to be honest we are used to it now! The economy in my opinion seems to be in an L shaped recession, and it will take a couple of years to see the sunlight again. Anyhow, I digress. On a positive the amount of betting shops on our high street has risen from 8862 to 9067 between 2009 and 2011. The majority of the market share is held by the big five retail firms, these being: PaddyPower, Ladbrokes, William Hill, Corals and Betfred However this doesn't point to a resurgence of the tradi...
  • Ladbrokes Ireland urge Betting Industry Reform

April 26, 2012 Chris Denny Ladbrokes Ireland MD has recently been arguing for a reform to the betting sector legislation that governs the Republics betting shops. The statute governing Irish betting was set as law in 1931. Joe Lewins has said: The sector in Ireland is at a crossroads and any move by Government to remedy the current difficulties must take a holistic approach to reform. If these concerns are not urgently addressed, the sector will continue to struggle and this will have a negative impact on much-needed exchequer revenue and employment. At present the Rayners Lane stock market listed company is...
  • Paddy Power launches a mobile app for Racing Post

April 26, 2012 Pilar Gisbert Paddy Power the third largest online bookmaker and sixth largest online gaming business in Britain and Ireland has updated its mobile product. It must be remembered, in May 2010 Paddy Power launched their iPhone app and for some time they were the only bookmaker to have their product on the app store. Following this Paddy Power launched a streaming service on their mobile app during Royal Ascot 2011. Now Paddy Power has become the first bookmaker to go with the Racing Post to offer detailed racing content from the punters across iPhone, iPad and Android. This new product distinguishes Padd...
  • PaddyPower duck AIL matches.

April 19, 2012 Chris Denny PaddyPower have taken the perhaps sensible option in deciding to not offer betting for several "dead rubber" matches in divisions 1A and 1B. Several of the matches that PaddyPower declined to price concern teams that are struggling to survive relegation pitted against opponents who have nothing to play for. Spokesperson Felim Macaniomaire said: “It comes down to risk and we’re just not comfortable with the risk involved. It’s not like it’s a knockout competition like some of the county GAA championships - it’s a league and some teams out of contention will try new players and some...

Paddy Power

Love Paddy's adverts, the bookmaker isnt to bad either! I started backing with them a year ago as they do best odds guarantee the same as Bet365. I started betting on Paddys after I noticed that often they were better priced than Bet365 on many races. Always find them trustworthy and the prices are normally good.

As a suggestion can we have more review options? What if we want to rate by customer service or price value?

Funny Adverts, good special bets, didn't get a free bet when I registered a couple of year ago but still use the site for football betting mainly.
