Irish betting giants, Paddy Power, have announced that they will be both Liverpool and Everton’s betting partners for the next two years in the Uk and Ireland. Liverpool’s deal also stretches to Italy. Both clubs have voiced their happiness in partnering with Paddy Power. Ian Ayre, Liverpool Football Club’s managing director, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Paddy Power back to the LFC family.” Everton’s Commercial Director, Dave Biggar, he said: “Paddy Power has a fantastic track record in football and we look forward to being part of their portfolio.”

Paddy Power have specials in place for both clubs. For Everton fans there is a limited enhanced offer on Everton finishing above Liverpool in the league, they also are offering a free £20 bet if a fan signs up and bets £10 themselves. Liverpool similarly offer a free €20 bet if the fan signs up and bets €10 of their own money.

Both clubs will enjoy exclusive betting markets for their clubs through Paddy Power who add the two Merseyside clubs to their portfolio. Paddy Power already have a partnership set up with Premier League champions Manchester City which would have provided to have been a successful business venture hence the deal with both Liverpool-based clubs.

Many betting companies are moving toward building partnerships with football clubs. Bwin have recently taken over from Betfair in being Manchester United’s official online gaming and betting partner whereas Betfred have announced a partnership with North London club Tottenham Hotspur.
