Ladbrokes Shares on the Rise

Ladbrokes share prices have risen dramatically in the past week, and today trade at 173p, up from 160p.

Exane BNP takes punt on Betting Sector

Looking into the reason for the jump confidence in the stock has been demonstrated by some recent Directors making purchases. A larger influencing factor has been the upgrading of four betting industry stocks by investment company Exane BNP.

Exane BNP has upgraded target prices for Ladbrokes, William Hill, Bwin.Party and Betfair.

Analysing the last months price graphs the monthly price changes show as follows:

Ladbrokes +11.88%
William Hill +8.79%
Bwin.Party -0.2%
Betfair – 7.75%
