Yeah I’m backing Taylor and Hamilton, so what!!!

Phil Taylor has a great to regain the Premier League title on Thursday and is odds on to do so.

Thursday, May 17th will see the end of the Premier League of Darts 2012 campaign. The regular season has been completely dominated by Phil Taylor and with his own conqueror not making it through the semis, he is almost guaranteed victory.

2/5 Taylor should be seen as good Odds

Phil Taylor has been priced at 2/5 by many bookmakers to finish his dominance on Thursday at the O2 Arena.… Read More…

Whitlock looking to secure Place in Final Four

Whitlock is looking to secure himself a play-off place this Thursday as a victory over Andy Hamilton will be enough to guarantee him a place at the O2 in a few weeks.

With only two games to go in the Premier League season, it seems one more player can guarantee himself a trip to the O2 in May. Simon Whitlock currently sits second by two points and a victory over the Hammer will confirm his rightful place in the semi-finals.

Time is running out for Barneveld, who currently sits 5th in the table while Wade and Lewis will be desperately looking for victories after draws last week.… Read More…

Could Taylor lose two weeks in a row?

Can the Wizard cast a spell for a Power cut on Thursday?

Last week’s Premier League action saw ‘The Power’ lose for the first time, Whitlock come closer to qualification and Gary Anderson put himself Favourite to finish bottom. Week 12 will be in Liverpool and there are some cracking match ups.

Can Whitlock cast a ‘Power CUT’ spell?

After Taylor’s first loss last week, Whitlock will sleep a little better this week knowing that he is playing a wounded Taylor.… Read More…

Bournemouth will be the place, Premier League is the event and it is Week 11. The rematch is back on but this time things are very different.

PLD Week 10: Time for a Power Cut

van Barneveld looks prime for a big upset this Thursday as he plays Phil Taylor

You can call me stupid, you can call me an idiot, but there has to be a power cut at some point each year. This is the week to bet against Phil Taylor.

His performance last week against Andy Hamilton was still good but seemed to lack that real fire that Taylor has shown this year. He allowed Hamilton a chance to steal a point although ‘The Hammer’ missed the bullseye for grab the last leg.… Read More…

Premier League of Darts heads to Nottingham

jameswade11

As the Premier League of Darts moves past the half-way point, it seems ‘The Machine’ has turned it around and is suddenly second Favourite to win it all.

James Wade has rejuvenated his darts’ game after a slow start saw him bottom. The Englishman demolished a very poor Simon Whitlock 8-0 and even had the decency to explain after that, “its not nice to win 8-0.” Wade seemed uninterested that he may lack that killer.… Read More…

Anderson Absent as Lewis Plays Twice Thurs

Adrian Lewis will step-up in Anderson's absence on Thurs and play twice.

Gary Anderson has had to pull out of Thursday’s PLD fixtures in Cardiff. Anderson’s shock exit is because of his Father’s funeral. Our prayers are with him and his family.

The result will be that Adrian Lewis has turned this Thursday into no ordinary Thursday, but arugably the BIGGEST Thursday in his career to date.

Lewis Double Appearance sees him Favourite in Both

The World Champion gets a real opportunity to make his stamp on the Premier League.… Read More…

I.D. when making my DARTS ACCUMULATOR

I have decided to bet on Whitlock, Taylor, Anderson and Painter for tonight's action in Dublin.

Yes, I was I.D. at the age of 24 in a Bookies

So, I walked into William Hill, not my regular bookies but it was lucky to be a few shops down from my Gym. As I had my notes out and I was checking the prices before I put my bets on an eery voice called out, “Have you got some I.D.… Read More…

It doesn’t get any CLOSER than this: PLD

Phil Taylor is now a 17/25 Favourite to win the PLD

If you look down the Premier League of Darts you will notice that only four points differentiates the bottom from a place in the play-offs. It can only get better my friends.

What we do definitely know is that the ‘Power’ has been classy all the way while describing Adrian Lewis’ performances as disappointing is an under statement. The top two players in the world both sit at the opposite ends of the table.… Read More…

You can Tell A LOT by a Man’s Entrance: PLD Night 6

Painter is definitely my pick of the week for an upset after seeing him consistently performing well in the PLD

I have consistently been amazed by the excitement of Phil Taylor’s entrance to every Premier League Dart’s match so far. I have seen a sportsman so cool, excited and so confident than this man recently. Just take a look.

So it is no wonder he sits as the clear Favourite to win this event (Odds sit at 3/5, 4/6). He has regained his form, his confidence and his hunger to succeed.… Read More…
